Recently, I found a great directory of Yoga Poses on the Yoga Journal website, listed by their Sanskrit and English names, and also categorized conveniently for easy searching. With this tool, you can learn some new poses before class, read about the positions and learn their purpose, and also discover the offical names for them. Soon you’ll be babbling in Sanskrit too!
